I’m Marcia Beckner,
and I’m glad you’re here!

I help Nonprofit CEOs, EDs, & Founders stop spinning out and start leading with confidence and sustainable energy.
In response to growing burnout and overwhelm in the sector, I created the Culture CARES® Framework—a proven roadmap for building empowering workplaces where people thrive (and staff drama takes a back seat).
Before this, I founded and led MyLifeLine Cancer Foundation, which merged into the Cancer Support Community in 2018. I then served as VP of Digital Strategy and Chief Culture Officer, scaling our impact nationwide.

My book, You Are Meant for Great Things, shares how I turned an ovarian cancer diagnosis at age 27 into a journey of resilience and reinvention. My mission is to help women rise above their challenges with a positive outlook on life.
I have always been passionate about people and culture, earning a degree in Organizational Psychology and certifications as a Dream Manager®, Talent Insights Analyst, and Fearless Organization Scan Practitioner.
Based in Denver with my husband and four nearly-launched kids, I love reading, podcasts, and global adventures—most recently in Dubai, Singapore, and Ireland.
