Calling Nonprofit CEOs & Executives
Maximize Your Impact & Influence
Can I share something a little personal with you?
In 2007, I founded and led MyLifeLine Cancer Foundation with a vision to create easy access to community and connection for cancer patients and their caregivers.
I didn’t know how to be an Executive Director, I just learned as I went and made lots of mistakes along the way.
Valuable lessons came from educating myself and working in the trenches, and now I love to support aspiring and current executive directors and CEOs as I understand how hard it is to please everyone and manage a successful organization with limited resources.
After 10 years, we expanded our impact by merging with the global Cancer Support Community in 2018 and served 300,000+ people.
This merger was the best thing we ever did and was a win-win-win for both organizations and most importantly, for people impacted by cancer, offering them the most comprehensive suite of resources and services.
Strategic collaborations can unlock massive growth and expansion.
In 2020, I started Culture CARES Global to coach and mentor mission-driven organizations struggling with mounting stress, burnout, and overwhelm.
We built the Culture CARES Model to give nonprofits a clear process and structure to build a culture that could inspire joy, improve retention, loyalty, and reputation.
We cannot drive meaningful results with cultures of burnout—it's simply unsustainable. And the nonprofit sector is needed now more than ever.
Let's talk about YOU.
Your passion for a cause drew you to social impact and nonprofit world.
You’ve earned your stripes and lead an important organization now.
But…you’re exhausted much of the time.
You may be thinking about how to get out and/or unclear about how to fix staff issues that are taking up all your time.
Is your health suffering as self-care takes a backseat?
Do you remember why you chose this mission and career?
You know your purpose - but you question - is the sacrifice is worth it.
Community needs are endless, and work demands everything.
You don’t want to give up though.
You are a self-proclaimed lifelong learner always reading and seeking innovative ways to find NEW solutions to old problems.
You want to accelerate your impact and influence as a thought leader.
You want to experience peace and harmony among your staff and board, so you can successfully collaborate together on your mission, programs, and financial goals.
You want to lead a healthy, empowering, and inclusive culture that raises your organization’s reputation in the community.
Ultimately, you want to feel in control again and lean into the challenges with more courage, clarity, and confidence.
In 2025, it’s tough, because the wheels have fallen off and uncertainty reigns.
However, you are a passionate advocate and fighter for your mission and your people.
You want to feel successful in your ED role, not always behind the 8-ball.
You want to be bolder in meetings and hold people accountable to excellence.
You want to quickly resolve and/or prevent conflict and misunderstandings.
You want to delegate more and empower your team.
You want to inspire high team morale, because you know that morale ties directly to retention of your top performers.
You want to feel energized, inspiring, and successful.
Executive Directors, CEOs, and senior leaders, you often feel alone and isolated.
You deserve support during these chaotic times to manage the change and growth ahead.
You want a thought partner, mentor, confidante, and experienced coach on your side that offers on-demand resources and consistent support.
This is WHY we do what we do.
You don’t have to do this alone. Reach out to marcia@culturecares.com to schedule a to discuss your unique challenges and learn if our VIP Signature Program would be a good solution.

"On the journey of personal growth and self-awareness, it is rare to find someone who can seamlessly combine empathy with effectiveness, intuition with intelligence, and reflection with action.
Marcia Donziger is an executive coach who embodies all of these qualities and more. I am endlessly grateful for the way she holds space and supports growth and can wholeheartedly say that my life has been enriched by her coaching.”
—Kimberly Sama, Chief Finance and Operations Officer, UP Partnership
“Marcia was truly inspiring, confident, helpful, and courageous. I want to be the spark for someone else's light/journey. Marcia made that seem possible.”
—Marissa Cardenas, Youth Programs Coordinator & Community Outreach Co Springs & Pueblo, The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado & Wyoming
“Thank you for keeping me centered on my goals, my priorities, and my health over the last year. Your listening, support, and advice were invaluable.
My work-life balance improved 100%. We worked with Culture Cares® strategies for my organization and staff, which included implementing regular team-building activities, improving communication channels, and providing more opportunities for staff feedback.
We saw a significant improvement in the responses of my staff, especially in how people felt appreciated and valued.
Marcia models her philosophy as a coach, which made a huge difference in my approach to our staff, especially when our team needed to pull together and show up for each other.”
— Krista Robinson, Executive Director at Downtown Aurora Visual Arts
“Marcia's expertise, insight, and keen attention to the various nuances of our organization have already made a tremendous impact.
Marcia is knowledgeable, curious, eager to understand every aspect of our organization, and welcomes questions.
She is a natural leader and teacher, and it was a joy to work with her. I know our organization will only benefit from our culture strategy sessions with Marcia, and we are excited for the future.”
