The Dream Manager Program is a unique benefit for staff, developed by Floyd Consulting.

It uses ideas from The Dream Manager book along with proven planning methods for success. This clear guidance helps individuals outline and reach their goals while forming a clear life plan.

Drawing on insights from Matthew Kelly's The Rhythm of Life book, each session takes a well-rounded approach to help participants boost their life and work satisfaction and become their best selves, which in turns helps them become loyal and committed employees.

Every organization could benefit from a Dream Manager.

How Does It Work? 1:1 or Groups of 10

  1. Participants create and follow through on their personal strategic plans, supported by expert guidance every step of the way. We guide participants through this journey, offering consistent accountability and inspiring content.

  2. Participants meet with their Dream Manager® either one-on-one for 45–60 minutes or in small groups for 90 minutes, once per month.

  3. Each session covers a module from The Dream Manager® course, featuring both unique content and recurring elements that create continuity between sessions.

  4. Participants receive a Dream Manager® Program workbook for notes, observations, exercises, and progress tracking.

  5. Between sessions, take-home activities help maintain momentum and build positive habits. These exercises empower participants to apply the Program's concepts to their daily lives.

    While we facilitate The Program, provide accountability, celebrate successes, and offer feedback, participants must actively engage with the content and apply it to their lives to achieve maximum results.

    This program can be a GAME CHANGER for improving staff fulfillment, recruitment, retention, relationships, team culture, and organizational health.
