Culture CARES® Advantage:
Transforming Talent, Trust, & Teamwork in Nonprofit Organizations

Nonprofit boards and executives are carrying more opinions, team pressure, and emotional labor than ever before. As stakes rise, organizational dynamics can shift toward reactivity, allowing unresolved people issues to persist and gradually draw focus away from the mission. Even when the vision is clear.

In this story-driven and insightful signature talk, Marcia Beckner helps nonprofit leaders pause long enough to reset and recalibrate — not just strategy, but leadership, culture, and expectations.

Drawing on her proven Culture CARES® Model, inspirational stories, and sector research, Marcia shows leaders why teams drift, why culture erodes under pressure, and how courageous leadership creates stability, trust, and forward momentum.
